The Steelers released 10 players Friday, including veteran tight end Sean McHugh, a member of their Super Bowl XLIII team.

The others were defensive tackle Scott Paxson, running back Justin Vincent, tight end Eugene Bright, guard Dorian Brooks, tackle Kyle Jolly, wide receiver Brandon London, long-snapper Matt Stewart, safety Justin Thornton and linebacker Renauld Williams.

They must remove 11 more to reach the 53-man roster by 6 p.m. today.
