Duquesne women's coach Suzie McConnell-Serio hired Lindsay Richards as an assistant coach. Richards is a former player at Iowa and replaces Blaine Patterson, who left the program. This is Richards' first coaching job. She is the daughter of former Pitt player Tom Richards.
