Duquesne shuffles basketball radio broadcast lineup

Duquesne named Jarrett Durham as its new color commentator for men's basketball broadcasts, which will be heard on 104.7 FM this season. He will work alongside longtime play-by-play man Ray Goss.

Durham replaces George Von Benko, who held the post the past 10 seasons.

This is part of a staff restructuring by Duquesne.

Durham will will also assume the title of special assistant to the athletics director as part of a staff change.

Paul Hightower, who has served as assistant athletic director for business since 1990, will assume Durham's former duties with the title of assistant athletic director for facilities and operations.

In his new role, Durham will assist the athletic department's development initiatives as well work as a liaison with the Duquesne letterman's club.

Also, in the radio realm, Greg Linnelli, host of his own show on Fox Sports Radio 970 weekdays from 6:00-9:00 a.m., will join the broadcast team's halftime and post-game shows as well as produce Duquesne's radio broadcasts. Linnelli, a 2003 Duquesne graduate, has worked with University of Pittsburgh football and men's basketball as an on-site producer and hosted Pitt's men's basketball Panther Hotline show. He has also done play-by-play for Pitt women's basketball.
