The Pittsburgh Public Market, the indoor market in the old Produce Terminal on Smallman Street in the Strip District, has set its opening dates.
Labor Day weekend -- Sept. 3, 4 and 5 -- will be the "soft" opening, with a grand opening the weekend of Sept. 10-12.
Hours to start are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
