In a Saturday that was filled with what seemed like infinite scenarios as Atlantic 10 Conference tournament spots were jockeyed for, one thing has been settled already as of dinnertime: Duquesne will get the No. 9 seed and St. Bonaventure will be the No. 8 seed.
That means the Dukes (16-14, 6-9) will play at St. Bonaventure (14-14, 7-8) in Olean, N.Y. in the opening round of the Atlantic 10 Conference men's basketball tournament on Tuesday at a time to be determined.
The winner will then advance to the Atlantic City.
The matchup became solidified when Temple beat George Washington and Charlotte lost to Richmond on Saturday.
Duquesne visited the Bonnies in its next-to-last regular season game on Wednesday, losing 92-80.
