Community College of Allegheny County's South Campus will commemorate November as Native American Heritage Month with a presentation by Kathy Johnston, who will share information about her heritage.

"Life's Walk in the Old Way" will be presented from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday in Room A-306 at CCAC's South Campus, Route 885.

Participants will learn about American Indian culture, history, dress and customs. The presentation is free and open to the public; light refreshments will be provided.

CCAC has 30,000 credit students. It offers 170 degree and certificate programs and also provides non-credit courses to more than 35,000 students each year. CCAC has four campuses.
